As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the initiative to design, develop, and configure software applications tailored to specific needs. This role requires taking ownership of the project s technical direction and serving as the main liaison for all application-related activities. The position demands coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and functionality, while continuously overseeing the progress and quality of the software solutions being implemented.

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the planning and execution of software development activities to meet project goals.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
• Ensure adherence to best practices and standards throughout the software development lifecycle.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Analytics Services.
• Experience with cloud-based data analytics and integration within enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of data processing, transformation, and visualization techniques.
• Ability to design scalable and efficient analytics solutions using cloud services.
• Familiarity with monitoring and optimizing performance of analytics applications.
• Competence in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues related to analytics platforms.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Azure Analytics Services.
