Senior Full Stack Developer | Fintech | .NET, C#, React, c. $200k package

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer with strong C#, .NET and React experience to build and improve high-performance, customer-facing digital products. You will work across backend services, APIs and modern frontend applications, taking genuine ownership from initial solution design through to production and ongoing optimisation.

The role

Working within a collaborative product and engineering team, you will help develop secure, scalable and reliable technology used by customers across multiple markets.

You will work closely with engineering, product and UX specialists, contributing to technical decisions while remaining hands-on across the entire stack.

What you will be doing

• Designing, building and maintaining backend services and APIs using C# and .NET
• Developing responsive, high-quality frontend applications using React and TypeScript
• Taking ownership of features from initial concept and technical design through to production
• Contributing to architecture, technical direction and engineering standards
• Building customer-facing digital experiences focused on performance, usability and conversion
• Writing clean, testable and maintainable code
• Participating in code reviews and helping improve development practices
• Identifying and resolving performance, reliability and quality issues
• Collaborating with product managers, UX designers and fellow engineers
• Supporting multi-region and multilingual digital products

The role combines strong backend engineering with meaningful frontend product development, rather than being a backend position with occasional UI work.

What we are looking for

• Strong commercial experience developing applications with C# and .NET
• Solid full stack development capability
• Commercial experience with React and TypeScript
• Experience building APIs, backend services and customer-facing web applications
• A track record of shipping quality software within a genuine product environment
• Strong understanding of clean code, testing, maintainability and failure scenarios
• An interest in frontend performance, accessibility and user experience
• The confidence to contribute to architectural and technical decisions
• A proactive mindset and genuine ownership of what happens after code reaches production
• The ability to work effectively in a fast-moving environment where priorities can evolve

Experience with headless CMS platforms, technical SEO, internationalisation, localisation, authentication or high-conversion digital products would be highly regarded.
