Full Stack Engineer

The Role

A rare opportunity to join a small, high-performing engineering team at a well-established tech company, working on a platform used by thousands of businesses nationwide. You'll work across the full stack, building scalable APIs, microservices and frontend features while contributing to a major platform modernisation from legacy to modern architecture.

This is a hybrid role, 3 days in the Sydney office, 2 days from home.

What You'll Be Doing

• Designing and building scalable APIs and microservices in .NET and C#
• Building and maintaining React frontend features
• Contributing to the migration of a legacy platform to modern architecture
• Working with Azure cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines
• Using and reviewing AI-assisted development tools including Copilot, Claude Code, and Codex
• Collaborating with engineers and stakeholders to deliver complex technical solutions

What You'll Need

• Strong .NET and C# backend experience with a focus on API design and microservices
• Commercial React experience
• Experience with legacy systems
• Solid Azure and cloud infrastructure knowledge
• CI/CD pipeline experience
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools
• Ability to work autonomously and communicate clearly across technical and non-technical teams
