- Use AI-assisted development tools responsibly to improve coding productivity, test generation, refactoring, documentation and code review quality
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong hands-on experience in C# / .NET development within enterprise or production-facing systems
- Good knowledge of .NET Framework, .NET Core / modern .NET, OOP, design patterns and SOLID principles
- Strong experience with SQL Server, query optimisation, data integration and database-driven applications
- Experience with MongoDB or similar document databases
- Experience building REST APIs, integrations and message-driven services
- Familiarity with ActiveMQ or equivalent messaging platforms
- Practical experience with Git / Bitbucket, Bamboo or similar CI/CD tools, JIRA and NuGet
- Exposure to OpenShift, Kubernetes or Docker is highly desirable
- Experience in financial services, Risk IT, Product Control IT, ESG IT or regulated environments is a plus
- Comfortable working in a controlled SDLC environment with strong focus on resilience, auditability and supportability
