Full-Stack Developer (AI Focused)

Qualifications and requirements

• 2–5 years of professional full-stack or front-end development experience
• 1–2 years of hands-on experience building with AI — real AI pair programming, not copy-paste vibe-coding
• Practical experience with RAG architectures and LLM integrations (vector databases, embeddings, prompt design)
• Strong experience with React and Next.js
• Solid JavaScript / TypeScript fundamentals
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Vercel), ideally including AI/ML services
• Hands-on experience building and consuming APIs, with familiarity in auth flows, API security, and data handling
• Experience with modern CSS approaches (Tailwind, CSS Modules, styled components, etc.)
• Fast learner: comfortable picking up new AI tools, models, and frameworks as the landscape evolves

You'll work across the stack — from clean, performant React and Next.js front ends to well-structured backend services and APIs — with a strong focus on AI-integrated features: RAG pipelines, agentic systems, and LLM-powered product capabilities deployed on cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, Vercel).This role is ideal for someone who adapts fast, has spent the last year or two building with AI coding tools and knows how to move quickly with them while keeping code readable, correct, and maintainable.

Job functions

• Build and maintain modern web applications using React and Next.js (SSR, SSG, and hybrid rendering)
• Design and implement AI-powered features: RAG pipelines, embeddings, vector search, and LLM API integrations (Claude, OpenAI, Gemini)
• Develop and consume API-driven architectures (REST and/or GraphQL)
• Deploy and operate applications and AI workloads on cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, Vercel)
• Use AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex) to scaffold, refactor, test, and document code effectively
• Integrate applications with headless CMS platforms, authentication/authorization systems, and third-party services
• Collaborate with designers to translate UX and visual designs into high-quality UI
• Ensure applications are performant, accessible, and production-ready
• Partner with DevOps engineers on deployments and environment configuration
• Contribute to technical documentation and implementation notes
