We are looking for an experienced Java Developer for Banking client in Chester, someone with exp in Trace Knowledge (Financial Software | Financial Messaging Solutions - Trace Financial) or Similar.


Full-time role with Ascendion

Hybrid role - 3 days Chester - WFO


  • Excellent Java development experience.
  • Strong experience of test automation / developing automated test scripts.
  • Excellent knowledge of CI/CD tools – ex. Jenkins, XLR, Ansible.


Extensive knowledge of:

  • Core Java, JEE / Spring Framework – particularly SpringMVC, SpringBoot, SpringBatch. / REST.
  • Unix scripting (BASH). /Junit. / Mocking (JMock/Mokito). / Hibernate.
  • Experience of Oracle DB – PLSQL scripting.
