Lead Full Stack Developer

Job Description

General Roles and Responsibilities:

• Execute full software development life cycle (SDLC)
• Able to analyze and understand the specifications of the business processes of the client's requirements or market necessities.
• Able to understand and design the architecture of the hardware and software components of the solutions in which the programmer will work.
• Comply with IT industry standards and project plans deadlines.
• Program software codes to produce product solutions for the market and for our customers.
• Produce (UAT) Testing application software to assure bugs free, interoperability, accuracy, and completeness to achieve desired results.
• Able to implement software solutions together with the client evaluating the opinions of the users all the time.
• Develop software solutions documentation such as layouts, requirements tables, flow charts, etc.
• Experience with GIT (Github/Gitlab)

Basic Technical Skills Requirements:

• MS SQL Server, JavaScript, AJAX, REST, jQuery, ASP.NET, CSS, HTML,XML, VB.NET, C#, some web applications framework (ex. JSF, Angular, MVC), Server Integration Services (SSIS), ETL, Crystal Reports, Web services, SQL Reporting Services (SSRS), object-oriented programming, Store Procedures, Entity Framework (ORM).

Special Technical Skills Requirements:

• Experience with GIT and CI/CD tools, SOAP, REST, JSON
• Bootstrap, JS, Entity Framework, AngularJS, MVC, ASP.NET Web Forms, CSS3

Educational Requirements:

• The ideal candidate for these positions should have a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Software Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science or related IT discipline or equivalent years of relevant.

Soft Skills and Other Requirements:

• Language Skills: Ability to write and speak effectively English and Spanish.
• Teamwork, success oriented and time management skills
• Work authorization for United States (Required)
• Able to work well independently
• Able to follow directions and execute a plan of action

Experience Requirement:

• 4+ yrs. software development life cycle (SDLC) (required)
• 4+ yrs. MS SQL Server (required)
• 4+ yrs. .NET Core program developer (required)
• 4+ yrs. MS C# (required)
• 2+ yrs. JavaScript, AJAX, REST, CSS (preferred)
• 2+ yrs. Entity Framework, AngularJS, MVC (preferred)
• 2+ yrs. Web Services: (preferred)

Location:

• Candidates must reside within the San Juan Metropolitan Area (San Juan, Guaynabo, Bayamón, Carolina, Cataño, or nearby municipalities).
