Integration Solutions Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Integration Developer to design, develop, and support enterprise integrations between cloud and on-premise business applications. This individual will work closely with business stakeholders, application owners, and technical teams to build scalable, secure, and reliable integrations that streamline business processes and ensure seamless data flow across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate has experience with modern integration platforms, APIs, and middleware technologies and enjoys solving complex integration challenges in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain system integrations between enterprise applications.
• Build and support RESTful APIs, web services, and event-driven integrations.
• Develop integration workflows using middleware and iPaaS platforms such as Boomi, MuleSoft, Azure Integration Services, Informatica, or similar technologies.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical integration solutions.
• Troubleshoot production issues, identify root causes, and implement long-term solutions.
• Monitor integration performance and proactively optimize for scalability and reliability.
• Collaborate with business analysts, software developers, architects, and infrastructure teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Create technical documentation including interface specifications, data mappings, and support documentation.
• Ensure integrations follow security, governance, and data privacy standards.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to development best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years of experience developing enterprise system integrations.
• Experience building and consuming REST and SOAP APIs.
• Strong knowledge of JSON, XML, and data transformation techniques.
• Experience with SQL and relational databases.
• Experience with one or more integration platforms such as:

-Boomi

-MuleSoft

-Informatica

• Experience integrating ERP, CRM, HRIS, or financial systems.
• Understanding of authentication protocols including OAuth, SAML, and JWT.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience integrating Oracle Cloud, SAP, Workday, Salesforce, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms including Azure or AWS.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with message queues and event streaming technologies (Kafka, RabbitMQ, Azure Service Bus).
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
