Title: Application Analyst

Location: Pittsburgh PA

Duration: Fulltime

This is not a Developer role. This position is needed for the following tasks

- Respond to outages, incidents and customer issues with on-call schedule staffed 24/7

- Implement new features on the Digital roadmap

Mobile App Drawer Phase 2 Enhancements

Deep linking within mobile Apps

Personalization of advertisement in Drawer

Atomic Bill Management

Restrict Relationship Manager emulation mode to be Read Only

- Infrastructure upgrades

SQL Server 2016 upgrade to SQL 2022

Windows upgrade from 2016 to 2022

Corillian and Mobility upgrade to support above upgrades

- Compliance features

TCPA compliance

Apple xcode26

MOL-Android Google Play 16KB page size mandate

DOJ requirement for adding Spanish support

- Building in house capability for supporting Online and Mobile banking platform and reduce dependency on Fiserv

- Daily maintenance to ensure product availability and reliability

Minimum Level of Education Required to Perform the Primary Responsibilities of this Position:

Associates degree or equivalent

3 - 5 years

This position is primarily responsible for supporting specific components of a large project or support initiative using project management techniques and analytical abilities. The incumbent diagnoses and solves business problems ensuring decisions are consistent with management directives and the Technology strategic plan. These decisions greatly impact the corporation and the operational effectiveness of the Technology Department. This is an entry point for external candidates and an opportunity for internal candidates who possess core competency and education and experience requirements.

· In-depth experience with .NET Framework or Java

· In-depth experience in enterprise level cloud and mobile applications

· Banking experience with Fiserv Premier, Corillian, Mobiliti etc. is highly preferred

· Strong knowledge and experience with SQL queries and databases like PostgreSQL , MySQL, SQL Server

· Experience with designing, implementing, integrating with third part solutions

· Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills through application, platform and infrastructure tier

· Experience with third part financial solutions such as Plaid, Alloy, Temenos is preferred

· Knowledge of DevOps process with enterprise architecture

· Familiarity with a source control system (GitHub, SVN, etc.)

· Experience in agile delivery and tools like Jira, Rally, ServiceNow
