Senior Vice President, Full-Stack Engineer

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Consult with internal business groups to provide high-level application software development services and technical support.
- Program well-designed, testable, and efficient code; analyze, design, and develop tests and test-automation suites; develop flowcharts, layouts, and documentation to satisfy requirements and solutions.
- Maintain software functionality and currency, actively participate in code reviews, integrate software components into fully functional software systems, and apply security and privacy principles.
- Advise internal business groups and IT management on implementation opportunities, challenges, requirements, emerging technologies, and corporate integration strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required.
- 10-14 years of experience in software development required; experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus.
- Thorough knowledge of user-side frontend and backend server-side website development, with intermediate understanding of security principles, relational databases, and architecture design principles.
- Proficiency in application development toolkits and front end and backend development languages such as C#, Java, HTML, NodeJS, CSS, JSON, Angular, and JavaScript, with experience in application frameworks and containerization.
- Strong communications, organization, teamwork, and interpersonal skills, with experience mentoring junior engineers and prior lead and consulting experience using structured and vendor-specific methodologies.

Base salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base salary is only part of the total rewards package, which may include eligibility for an annual discretionary incentive award. Subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plans then in effect, eligible employees may enroll in a 401(k) plan as well as participate in Company-sponsored medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance plans for the employee and the employee’s eligible dependents. Eligible employees also may receive other benefits (including various paid time off benefits, such as vacation and sick time), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
