Senior .NET Developer offshore

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior .NET Developer (Offshore) to join our remote engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, secure, and high-performance applications using Microsoft .NET technologies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams across different time zones, contribute to architectural decisions, and mentor junior developers to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise applications using C#, .NET, and ASP.NET Core
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs, microservices, and backend services
• Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and other developers to deliver software solutions
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices
• Perform code reviews and provide technical mentorship to junior developers
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and security
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner
• Participate in system architecture, technical design, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
• Ensure high-quality deliverables while working effectively in a remote, offshore environment

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
• 5+ years of professional experience in .NET application development
• Strong expertise in C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core, and Web API development
• Experience with Entity Framework Core, LINQ, and SQL Server
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming, SOLID principles, and Clean Architecture
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS
• Proficiency with Git, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or other CI/CD tools
• Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Proven experience working with distributed or offshore teams

• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized applications
• Familiarity with messaging technologies such as RabbitMQ or Azure Service Bus
• Experience with front-end frameworks such as Angular, React, or Blazor
• Knowledge of automated testing frameworks and DevOps practices
• Microsoft certifications are a plus
