Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

Application Development

• Design, build, and maintain scalable web applications that support business objectives and operational goals.
• Participate in the complete software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, architecture, development, testing, deployment, and support.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate functional requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Develop reusable, maintainable, and efficient code that adheres to established development standards and best practices.
• Support ongoing enhancements, bug fixes, and optimization efforts for existing applications.

Team Collaboration

• Contribute as an active member of an Agile development team, participating in sprint planning, standups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Work closely with developers, analysts, and stakeholders to ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture and technology standards.
• Share technical knowledge and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the development organization.
• Build strong working relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Solution Design & Architecture

• Assist in creating application designs and technical specifications for new development efforts.
• Support the implementation of scalable software architectures and reusable development frameworks.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development practices and application quality.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions that enhance productivity and performance.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience developing enterprise web applications.
• Experience building responsive, mobile-friendly applications using modern front-end technologies.
• Strong full-stack development experience spanning user interface, business logic, and database layers.
• Experience working within Agile or Scrum-based software development environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently while collaborating within a team setting.

Technical Skills

Front-End Development

• Strong experience with Angular and modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Proficiency with HTML5, CSS, Bootstrap, jQuery, and responsive web design principles.
• Experience creating intuitive and engaging user experiences across desktop and mobile devices.

Back-End Development

• Experience developing applications using C# and the Microsoft .NET ecosystem.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles, design patterns, and software engineering best practices.
• Experience developing and integrating RESTful and SOAP-based services.
• Knowledge of JSON, XML, and other data exchange formats.

Database & Development Tools

• Experience designing and working with Microsoft SQL Server databases.
• Strong understanding of data structures, collections, and application performance optimization.
• Hands-on experience with source control systems such as Git or Bitbucket.
• Ability to develop reusable modules and shared components that improve code consistency and maintainability.

Preferred Experience

• Exposure to mobile application development using Ionic or similar cross-platform frameworks.
• Experience developing APIs and integrating with third-party applications and services.
• Familiarity with modern DevOps and software delivery practices.
