Full stack Developer

To strengthen its global IT team, our partner is seeking a committed and passionate full-time (40 hours/week) senior full-stack developer to support the development and maintenance of both existing and new software systems.

Company profile: independent, not-for-profit international organization based in Lausanne, Switzerland, is dedicated to delivering high-quality anti-doping services to International Federations, Major Event Organizers, and Anti-Doping Organizations. The organization ensures transparent and independent implementation of anti-doping programs, fully aligned with the World Anti-Doping Code.

• Full-Stack Development with .NET Core, React, React Native, TypeScript
• Developing a new internal executive platform (for sports organization administration)
• Technical mentoring, architectural feedback, process definition
• Becoming the technical pillar of an international development team

Tech Stack

• Backend: .NET Core
• Frontend: React, React Native, TypeScript (basic familiarity is an advantage; solid hands-on experience is highly valued)
• Cloud: Microsoft Azure
• Testing: Automated, integration-level testing processes – no dedicated QA/DevOps team

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of software development experience, with at least 2–3 years in a full-stack role
• High-level expertise in NET Core
• Basic familiarity with React, React Native and TypeScript is an advantage; strong practical experience is highly valued
• Basic cloud experience with Azure
• Independent thinking, system design mindset, ability to provide technical mentoring
• Strong problem-solving skills – ability to understand ad hoc systems and interpret processes
• C1-level English proficiency (written and spoken)
• Nonprofit experience is not required but considered a plus

Work Setup

Hybrid: 2 days/week home office, 3 days in-office (Budapest)

Occasional travel to Switzerland based on schedule (e.g., onboarding, year-end events)
