Overview

As a Full Stack Software Developer, you will join GRAITEC's R&D organization and contribute to the development of software solutions used by construction, engineering, and design professionals around the world. Our products support the digital transformation of the Architecture, Engineering & Construction (AEC) industry, helping customers design, collaborate, and deliver complex projects more efficiently.

You will work in a modern technology ecosystem that combines desktop applications, web platforms, cloud services, and integrated engineering solutions. As part of a cross-functional Agile team, you will be involved in the complete software development lifecycle, from technical design and development through testing, deployment, maintenance, and continuous improvement.

This role offers a strong balance between back-end and front-end development. While the primary focus is on building scalable and maintainable solutions using C# and .NET, you will also contribute to modern user experiences and applications developed with React, JavaScript, and TypeScript.

Working closely with Product Managers, UX Designers, QA Engineers, Cloud & DevOps specialists, and other Software Engineers, you will help deliver secure, high-performing, and reliable software solutions. You will also have the opportunity to leverage modern cloud technologies and AI-assisted development capabilities to drive innovation across our products.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications and services using C# and .NET technologies.
• Build scalable and maintainable backend services, APIs, and integrations that support both desktop and web-based solutions.
• Contribute to the development of modern web applications and user interfaces using React, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Participate in technical design discussions and contribute to software architecture decisions.
• Ensure software quality through code reviews, automated testing, debugging, and adherence to engineering best practices.
• Collaborate with QA, Product Management, UX, and Cloud & DevOps teams to deliver high-quality releases.
• Support software deployments, production monitoring, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to performance optimization, security improvements, and modernization of existing applications.
• Work within CI/CD and Agile development frameworks to support efficient software delivery.
• Explore and adopt emerging technologies, including AI-assisted development tools and cloud-native capabilities.

Experience & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 4+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong experience developing applications using C# and .NET.
• Experience designing, developing, and maintaining REST APIs, backend services, and enterprise applications.
• Experience working with microservices architectures and distributed systems.
• Experience working with cloud services, preferably Microsoft Azure (AWS or Google Cloud Platform are also valued).
• Experience working with relational databases and SQL.
• Experience with CI/CD practices, source control systems, and modern software delivery processes.
• Experience working throughout the full software development lifecycle, from design and implementation to testing, deployment, and production support.
• Experience working in Agile development environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Good understanding of modern software architectures and cloud-based applications.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative Agile environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Passion for continuous learning and adopting new technologies.

Nice to Have

• Experience developing modern web applications using React.
• Experience working with JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Experience with containerized environments and technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes.
• Experience integrating AI-powered services or using AI-assisted development tools.
• Experience developing software solutions for the Architecture, Engineering, Construction (AEC), BIM, CAD, or related industries.

On Target Earning pay range for this role

• Role Targeted Variable Pay Mix: 10%
• Minimum Annual On Target Earning: RON 170000
• Maximum Annual On Target Earning: RON 250000
