• Developing and enhancing enterprise applications using C#/.NET
• Helping modernize legacy applications from VB.NET to a modern C#/.NET architecture
• Leveraging AI development tools such as Claude (Anthropic) and Microsoft Copilot to improve productivity and code quality
• Collaborating with a highly skilled development team on business-critical applications
• Contributing to the next generation of financial technology solutions

What We're Looking For

• Strong experience with C#/.NET development
• Full Stack development experience
• Experience with or enthusiasm for AI-assisted development tools (Claude, Microsoft Copilot, GitHub Copilot, etc.)
• Passion for writing clean, maintainable code
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
