Who are we looking for?

We’re looking for someone with proven, hands-on ServiceNow experience who enjoys building, scripting, and delivering real solutions.

In this role, you’ll join active projects and be able to make an immediate impact, so it’s important you’re comfortable working independently and applying your experience from day one.

What you’ll do?

• Provide subject matter knowledge on ServiceNow
• Build and deliver ServiceNow solutions yourself, working closely with the ServiceNow Architects, Engineers, Business Analysts and Testers.
• Work across different modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, DevSecOps, etc.
• Write real code and automation (JavaScript + scripting is core to the role)
• Work on integrations via REST APIs, MID Servers, and custom logic
• Troubleshoot issues without needing escalation or hand-holding
• Engage directly with customers in technical discussions and solution design

What we'd love to see?

We are looking for someone who is passionate about ServiceNow and the benefits it brings to organisations.

• 2+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development
• Strong experience across ITSM and other modules (ITOM, HRSD, DevSecOps, GRC, ITAM, CSM)
• Solid scripting capability across JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Bash, etc.
• Proven ability to build and implement solutions end-to-end
• Confidence to handle technical questions and problem-solve in real time
• Ability to work independently and deliver quickly
• Relevant Industry certifications such as ITIL, CSA, CIS, etc.
