Deliver the technology that sits at the heart of our lottery products. Partnering closely with product teams and business stakeholders, we translate business needs into scalable, reliable technology solutions that create value for our customers.

What you'll do

• Design and deliver high-performance backend solutions
• Develop and support core transactional systems
• Contribute to architecture, standards and engineering practices
• Drive AI-enabled engineering practices and productivity improvements
• Mentor engineers and support technical capability uplift
• Collaborate with product, technology and business stakeholders
• Support release planning and solution delivery
• Champion quality, security and continuous improvement

What you'll bring

• Strong experience with C++ and SQL Server
• Experience building complex backend applications
• Strong object-oriented programming skills
• Experience with .NET Core and modern development practices
• Experience with DevOps, CI/CD and Agile delivery methods
• Strong stakeholder engagement and mentoring capability
• Passion for engineering excellence and continuous improvement
