Lead .NET Developer

We are looking for a Lead .NET Developer to work for our client. The ideal candidate aligns with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced .NET professional to lead technical development efforts and mentor a talented engineering team, in an onsite role based in Cincinnati, OH.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of applications using .NET / .NET Core
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of software developers
• Architect scalable, maintainable solutions in partnership with technical and product stakeholders
• Conduct code reviews and champion best practices for code quality and performance
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the application stack
• Collaborate with Product, QA, and DevOps teams throughout the development lifecycle
• Drive adoption of modern development practices, including CI/CD and automated testing
• Contribute to technical roadmap and architectural decision-making

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional .NET development experience, including prior lead/senior experience
• Strong proficiency in C#, .NET Core, and related frameworks
• Experience with SQL Server or other relational databases
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure preferred) and modern CI/CD pipelines
• Strong understanding of software architecture and design patterns
• Excellent leadership, communication, and mentorship skills
