Backend Team Lead

The Role

• Actively contribute to the development and maintenance of the online shop
• Implement complex features, epics, and technical improvements
• Evolve the shop architecture, including refactoring and headless approaches
• Ensure code quality, performance, stability, and maintainability
• Conduct and moderate code reviews
• Provide technical and disciplinary leadership for the webshop development team

What You'll Need

• Several years of experience in object-oriented PHP development
• Strong knowledge of the Symfony framework
• Experience in technical and/or disciplinary leadership of development teams
• Solid understanding of modern frontend architectures and ability to contextualise frontend topics
• High quality awareness for code, architecture, and deployments
• Structured, independent working style
• Strong communication skills, decisiveness, and team orientation
• Interest in e-commerce platforms, scaling, and modern software architectures
