Key Responsibilities
Software Development Excellence
- Design, develop, and maintain features across the Essentials product suite (Image K2, Pulse, and Ship)
- Develop a thorough understanding of the product architecture within 6 months
- Independently, and with your squad, design and develop feature enhancements and resolve bugs
- Ensure that products developed are of high quality and completed on time
- Deliver in line with project committed metrics on Velocity, Quality, and Accuracy
- Serve as the guardian for your squad's code, processes, and best practices
- Identify gaps and propose enhancements in the product architecture
- Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement in development approaches
- Stay up to date on new technologies and development practices
- Constantly improve methods of product development to increase productivity and quality
- Share ideas for process, workflow, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Understand and follow all team processes while actively suggesting improvements
- Mentor more junior developers in processes, technologies, products, design patterns, and coding styles
- Collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders across the organization
- Communicate clearly to understand requirements and align solutions with organizational goals
- Produce high-quality technical documentation, code demos, and concise written communications
- Participate in the Agile process
- 5+ years of experience in C# .NET development
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related field
- 2+ years of experience in an Agile development environment
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality, commercial software
- Experience mentoring or guiding more junior team members
- Demonstrated ability to articulate major technical problems and corresponding solutions
- 3+ years of experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Warehouse Management domains
- Experience with platform-based application development
- C# and .NET — both .NET Framework 4.8 for legacy products and .NET 6+/8 for microservices
- TypeScript — strong working knowledge
- MSSQL — T-SQL, stored procedures, database design
- REST APIs and microservices architecture
- Docker and containerized applications
- JavaScript, HTML5, CSS/SASS
- Azure DevOps, Git version control, branching, and pull request workflows
- VS Code extension development (TypeScript, webpack, vsce packaging)
- Azure Pipelines (YAML-based CI/CD)
- BFF (Backend For Frontend) architectural patterns
- Mobile application development (Android/iOS builds, hybrid apps)
- Azure Blob Storage and cloud-native services
- Domain-driven design and clean architecture patterns
- Knockout.js or Kendo UI frameworks
- Multi-database connectivity (SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, Postgres)
- OCR / document imaging systems
- Warehouse Management System business processes
- MTG-driven code generation systems
- NHibernate ORM
- Barcode/label printing workflows
- Multi-tenant SaaS architectures
- Use of AI prompts for development assistance

- Develop a thorough understanding of the Essentials product suite and Körber One platform
- Deliver consistently against project velocity, quality, and estimation accuracy targets
- Independently design and deliver features across Image K2, Pulse, Pulse Designer, or Ship
- Proactively identify and resolve gaps in architecture and code quality
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to team standards and best practices
- Produce clear technical documentation and communicate effectively with stakeholders
