PeopleCert is looking for a Mid-Level Dynamics 365 CRM Developer to join our team and support the development and enhancement of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement platform.
In this role, you will work closely with senior developers and solution architects to design, develop, and maintain customisations, integrations, and extensions for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM. This is an excellent opportunity for a developer with a strong foundation in Dynamics 365 CRM who is eager to expand their expertise across the Microsoft Power Platform and Azure ecosystem while contributing to the delivery of scalable, high-quality business solutions.
As a Dynamics 365 CRM Developer, your tasks will be the following:
- Develop and maintain customisations within Dynamics 365 CE, including plugins, custom workflows, and business rules
- Build and support Custom APIs and integrations under the guidance of senior team members
- Implement solutions across Power Platform, including Power Apps (model-driven and canvas) and Power Automate
- Work with the Dataverse data model, including entities, relationships, forms, and views
- Assist with integrations between Dynamics 365 CRM and other systems
- Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of custom code
- Support data migration activities, including custom import/export routines
- Participate in code reviews and follow Microsoft best practices and coding standards
- Support UAT, deployment, and post-go-live stabilisation activities
- Maintain technical documentation for customisations and integrations
- Collaborate closely with functional consultants and senior developers to translate requirements into technical solutions
- 2-4 years of hands-on development experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / CE
- Solid understanding of Dynamics 365 CRM fundamentals: entities, relationships, forms, views, business rules, and security roles
- Working knowledge of the Dynamics 365 CE SDK and plugin development
- Experience with Power Platform basics: Power Apps and Power Automate
- Good C#, .NET, and JavaScript development skills
- Understanding of the Dataverse data model and solution structure (managed/unmanaged solutions)
- Basic understanding of integration concepts (APIs, web services)
- Good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to learn and grow technical skills across the Microsoft ecosystem
- Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- Experience working in Agile delivery teams is a plus
- Exposure to Azure services (Azure Functions, Logic Apps)
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps
- Basic knowledge Power Apps Component Framework (PCF)
- Microsoft certifications such as PL-200, MB-210, or related certificati

Working on Home Office (HO) Secure English Language Tests (SELTs)
Any person who is engaged by PeopleCert to work on the SELT service must undergo a Background Check (the results of which must be acceptable to PeopleCert and the HO) prior to commencing their SELT duties. All SELT personnel will be required to complete a declaration (provided by PeopleCert) where the existence of any criminal record and/or bankruptcy must be declared.
If working on the SELT service in the UK, background checks will include:
- A basic or enhanced Disclosure Barring Service (DBS) check
- Right to Work in the UK check (including nationality, identity and place of residence)
- HO security check (Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) or Counter Terrorist Check (CTC)
- Financial background check
- Employment reference check
- If working on the SELT service anywhere in the world (outside of the UK) personnel will undergo background checks that are equivalent to those stated for the UK
