About the Role

Senior Software Engineer - Backend Services

We are looking for a strong Senior Software Engineer to join the team and help build, maintain, and support large-scale backend services used by millions of players worldwide.

Key Skills

• Strong experience with C#/.NET and backend service development
• Experience designing, building, and supporting microservices and distributed systems
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, containers, Helm, and Terraform
• Experience with Azure cloud services and Azure DevOps (ADO)
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Experience with telemetry, monitoring, observability, and troubleshooting production services
• Experience working with multiple database and storage technologies
• Strong understanding of system reliability, scalability, and performance optimization

• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills
• Experience operating and supporting production systems on a scale
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to ramp up quickly and contribute across multiple services and technologies

Nice to Have

• Experience supporting gaming platforms or large-scale consumer-facing services
• Experience working in live-service environments with high availability requirements
• Familiarity with games , including hands-on gameplay experience and an understanding of the player experience

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual [salary] for this position is between [$110k - 120k annually]. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
