As a Software Engineer, you'll be part of a collaborative squad contributing across the full software development lifecycle. You'll work alongside experienced engineers, product teams and stakeholders to deliver quality solutions while continuing to grow your technical capability and engineering expertise.

You'll bring a passion for technology and a desire to develop your engineering capability, along with:
- A tertiary qualification in Computer Science or equivalent industry experience
- Knowledge of Agile ways of working and the software development lifecycle
- Experience contributing across software design, development, testing and support activities
- Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to work through unfamiliar technical challenges
- The ability to collaborate effectively with teammates and stakeholders
- A customer-focused mindset and a commitment to delivering quality outcomes
- An interest in continuous learning and professional development
- An understanding of engineering best practices, risk management and compliance requirements.
- Contribute across the full software development lifecycle, including analysis, design, development, testing and support
- Build and maintain software solutions that are secure, reliable and performant
- Participate in peer reviews and contribute to high engineering standards
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and identify opportunities to innovate
- Work closely with squad members to deliver customer-focused outcomes
- Develop your enterprise engineering and DevOps capabilities
- Support the ongoing maintenance and enhancement of applications and platforms
- Contribute to an Agile team environment that values collaboration, learning and growth.
