Senior Full Stack Developer – AI-Accelerated Engineering

You'll join our Modern Applications team, helping evolve large enterprise solutions into modern, scalable, cloud-based architectures built and delivered in an AI-native way.

The role and what you'll be getting up to on a day-to-day basis:

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to lead the evolution of enterprise applications across .NET, Azure, React and Angular. This role combines deep hands-on engineering with technical leadership and a forward-thinking approach to AI-accelerated software delivery. The role is approximately 80% hands-on software engineering and technical work, and 20% strategic technical planning and future design.

You will:

• Lead the design, development and refactoring of enterprise-level full stack applications across .NET, Azure, React and Angular, focusing on scalability, maintainability and performance.
• Champion AI-accelerated software delivery, refining engineering standards, workflows and guardrails for AI coding tools.
• Create and manage Azure DevOps pipelines, supporting efficient CI/CD processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex technical challenges and provide technical guidance.
• Mentor engineers and influence engineering best practices across software development and AI-assisted delivery.
• Drive software architecture, application performance, code quality and technical roadmap planning.
• Lead code reviews, including rigorous review of AI-generated code, architecture discussions and technical planning.
• Stay at the forefront of AI coding tools, agentic workflows and modern application architectures.

What We're Looking For:

• Expert experience developing enterprise applications using .NET Core, APIs and modern software architecture, including upgrading applications to the latest versions of .NET.
• Strong experience building Single Page Applications using React, Angular, TypeScript and modern front-end architecture.
• Passion for clean code and clean architecture within a Domain-Driven Design environment.
• Extensive experience with Azure, including Azure DevOps, App Services, Azure Databases, Redis and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience troubleshooting, refactoring and optimising enterprise cloud applications using telemetry, code analysis and performance diagnostics.
• Working knowledge of search technologies such as Azure AI Search, OpenSearch and Elasticsearch.
• Hands-on experience using AI coding tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, OpenAI Codex or GitHub Copilot as part of a daily engineering workflow.
• Strong understanding of AI-assisted software engineering, including agentic workflows, prompt engineering, MCP integrations, and the ability to critically review AI-generated code while applying AI across development, testing, refactoring and automation.
