Full Stack Engineer

Houston, TX (Galleria Area) – Hybrid (2 Days Onsite)

What You'll Be Doing

• Design, develop, and maintain complex business applications using C#/.NET and SQL Server.
• Architect and build scalable applications from database design through deployment.
• Develop and enhance web-based applications while supporting legacy systems modernization efforts.
• Create and optimize database schemas, relationships, stored procedures, and queries.
• Partner with engineering and AI-focused teams to evaluate and implement emerging AI technologies within the SDLC.
• Participate in application architecture, technical design, and long-term platform planning.
• Contribute throughout the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering through production support.

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years of software development experience.
• Expert-level C# and .NET development skills.
• Strong SQL Server experience, including database design and schema architecture.
• Experience building applications from scratch, not just maintaining existing systems.
• Strong web development experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and modern web application architecture.
• Ability to work across the full stack, with particular strength in backend and database development.
• Experience working in smaller teams where you've worn multiple hats and owned solutions end-to-end.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools, AI agents, copilots, or practical AI implementations.

• REST APIs and service-based architectures
• Application modernization initiatives
• AI-enabled software development workflows
• Experience collaborating with Data Science, ML, or AI engineering teams
