Enterprise Applications Engineer

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Applications Engineer to support, optimize, and enhance a portfolio of business-critical enterprise applications. This role focuses on application support, Microsoft SQL Server development, system integrations, automation, and Windows Server administration while partnering with business and IT teams to improve performance and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support enterprise applications across finance, operations, marketing, and business functions.
• Develop and maintain Microsoft SQL Server queries, stored procedures, SSIS packages, and SSRS reports.
• Build and support application integrations using APIs, scripting, and integration platforms.
• Automate business processes using Power Automate, Boomi, PowerShell, or similar tools.
• Support Azure enterprise applications, Azure AD, authentication, and identity integrations.
• Administer Windows Server, Microsoft SQL Server, and Azure-based services.
• Troubleshoot complex application, integration, and data issues while monitoring system performance.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams to deliver enhancements.
• Participate in application upgrades, patching, maintenance, and production support.
• Maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.

Requirements

• 3+ years of enterprise application support experience.
• Strong Microsoft SQL Server expertise, including query development, SSIS, SSRS, and basic database administration.
• Experience with API integrations, PowerShell, C#, or similar scripting technologies.
• Knowledge of workflow automation tools such as Microsoft Power Automate.
• Experience supporting Azure enterprise applications, Azure AD, and Windows Server environments.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across technical and business teams.

Preferred

• Experience supporting professional services or legal industry applications (e.g., Elite 3E).
• Familiarity with Azure Fabric or similar cloud data technologies.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Microsoft or related technical certifications.
