About the role

We're looking for a QA Analyst - Web to join our collaborative and innovative Web Project Team. If you have a passion for quality, enjoy solving complex problems, and thrive in Agile environments, we'd love to hear from you.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in ensuring the quality, reliability and performance of our web and digital solutions while working alongside talented colleagues, business stakeholders, suppliers and technology partners.

You will be responsible for

  • Own and deliver testing activities across web and digital projects.
  • Create and maintain test plans, test cases and acceptance criteria.
  • Execute manual and automated testing, managing defects through to resolution.
  • Work closely with developers, analysts, business stakeholders and third-party suppliers.
  • Support sprint planning, releases and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Help enhance our automation capability and testing best practices.
  • Produce quality metrics, reporting and insights to support successful delivery.

You will need

  • Previous experience in a QA Analyst, Test Analyst or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of software testing and Agile delivery methodologies.
  • Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Cucumber, Quantum or Perfecto.
  • Knowledge of Java (preferred), C#, Python or JavaScript.
  • Familiarity with Jira, Xray, GitHub and Azure DevOps.
  • Understanding of web technologies including HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
  • Experience testing web, eCommerce and mobile applications.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
  • A proactive mindset, excellent attention to detail and a passion for quality.
