About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer to join a growing engineering team supporting a large-scale, mission-critical technology platform. This role combines Backend Engineering, Production Support, SRE, and DevOps, with a strong focus on solving complex production issues, delivering customer-specific enhancements, and acting as the technical bridge between customers and the product engineering team.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve complex production incidents through debugging, root cause analysis, and code fixes.
• Develop backend features, customizations, automation scripts, and hotfixes.
• Monitor and optimize production systems in Kubernetes environments.
• Own technical issues end-to-end, coordinating with cross-functional engineering teams.
• Work directly with customer stakeholders to provide technical guidance and support.

Requirements

• 5+ years of backend engineering experience in production environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with Node.js, MongoDB, and Kubernetes.
• Exposure to SRE, DevOps, Platform Engineering, or Tier 3 Production Support.
• Experience troubleshooting live systems and leading technical investigations.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work directly with enterprise customers.
• Self-driven, hands-on engineer who thrives in fast-paced, high-ownership environments.
