POD Full Stack Engineer

Dubai

• Frontend and backend ownership: Build user-facing interfaces and the backend services, APIs, databases and integrations that power them
• End-to-end feature delivery: Take features from UI design and user journeys through API contracts, business logic, data persistence, deployment and support
• Enterprise platform stack: Deliver solutions across Azure, Oracle and NVIDIA-enabled AI/GPU infrastructure where required
• Integration integrity: Ensure frontend components, backend APIs, data platforms, AI services, external APIs and client systems work together reliably
• Production reliability: Own observability, supportability and incident response for full stack features in client-facing environments

Client Delivery & Product Implementation

• Work with client/product teams to map operational workflows, pain points, data sources and adoption barriers
• Translate ambiguous requirements into working prototypes, then harden them into scalable production services
• Run demos, collect feedback, troubleshoot live issues and iterate quickly with users and stakeholders
• Own end-to-end delivery from UI to API to database to deployment, ensuring the solution solves the actual business problem
• Document implementation decisions, operational runbooks and configuration patterns

Combined Frontend & Backend Engineering

• Frontend delivery: Build modern user interfaces using React, Vue or Angular with TypeScript, responsive layouts, accessibility and reusable components
• Backend delivery: Design and implement APIs, services, business logic, authentication, authorization, validation and integrations using Node.js/NestJS, Python/FastAPI, Java, Go or C#/.NET
• UI-to-API integration: Connect screens, forms, dashboards and workflows to backend APIs with clean contracts, state management, loading states, retries and graceful error handling
• Data and workflow implementation: Implement database access, schema changes, queries, state machines, audit trails, idempotent operations and business workflows
• End-to-end feature quality: Validate that frontend behaviour, backend responses, data persistence, security controls and deployment configuration work together as one feature
• Oracle, Azure, NVIDIA & Data Platform Stack
• Design and optimise relational data models across Oracle Database, Oracle Autonomous Database, Azure SQL and PostgreSQL
• Build integrations with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure services, Oracle Fusion/ERP data interfaces, REST APIs and secure enterprise connectors where required
• Deploy and operate applications on Azure App Service, Azure Functions, AKS, Azure Container Apps, Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, Service Bus, Key Vault and Application Insights
• Support AI-enabled workloads using NVIDIA GPU infrastructure, CUDA-aware services, NVIDIA NIM or containerised inference patterns where appropriate
• Implement caching, queues, event-driven patterns and data movement pipelines using Redis, Kafka, Azure Service Bus, Event Grid or equivalent platforms
• Apply secure configuration, secrets management, monitoring, cost awareness and environment promotion across dev, test and production

Integration, Reliability & AI Enablement

• Integrate with external APIs, enterprise systems, Oracle services, Azure-native services, authentication platforms and client data sources
• Build APIs and UI flows that agentic systems can consume safely, with clear contracts, deterministic responses and audit logging
• Implement observability using Azure Application Insights, structured logs, metrics, distributed tracing and actionable alerts
• Design resilience with retries, circuit breakers, fallback behaviour, graceful degradation and failure-mode testing
• Support AI features such as chat interfaces, retrieval workflows, model output rendering, vector search, inference APIs and GPU-backed workloads

Testing & Quality

• Write frontend unit and component tests for key screens, forms, state handling and user interactions
• Write backend unit tests for business logic, validation, authorization, data access and edge cases
• Write integration tests for API endpoints and UI-to-API workflows; mock external dependencies where appropriate
• Run end-to-end tests for critical journeys covering the browser, API layer, database updates and third-party integrations
• Participate in code reviews across frontend and backend codebases to enforce standards, catch defects and mentor junior engineers

Person

• 6+ years full stack engineering experience delivering both frontend applications and backend services
• Strong frontend skills: React, Vue or Angular; TypeScript; responsive design; accessibility; component libraries; state management
• Strong backend skills: REST/gRPC APIs, business logic, distributed systems, authentication, authorization, observability and testing
• Full stack integration experience: Ability to define API contracts, connect UI workflows to backend services, manage data flows and debug issues across the full application stack
• Enterprise data experience: Oracle Database, Oracle Autonomous Database, Azure SQL, PostgreSQL, query optimisation and schema design
• Cloud-native delivery: Azure services, containers, CI/CD, managed databases, secure secrets management and production operations

Nice-to-Haves

• Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, Oracle Fusion/ERP integrations or Oracle data migration experience
• NVIDIA AI Enterprise, NVIDIA NIM, CUDA-aware workloads, GPU scheduling or inference deployment experience
• Azure AI services, Azure OpenAI integration, vector search, RAG pipelines or AI agent tool/function calling
• Design system experience, reusable component libraries and enterprise-grade accessibility delivery
• Experience in regulated sectors, UAE market context, Arabic/RTL support or high-compliance enterprise environments
