Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Technical Developer

Client Introduction

In this role, you will collaborate closely with one of our esteemed clients—a global leader in their industry, recognized for their commitment to quality, innovation, and excellence. They have partnered with Dautom as their trusted IT consulting provider for upcoming strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
• Develop Plugins, Custom Workflow Activities, Actions, and JavaScript customizations.
• Build and maintain Power Automate flows.
• Develop and support integrations with external systems and APIs.
• Implement payment gateway integrations (PayFort, Apple Pay, payment providers).
• Design and implement security roles, business rules, and workflows.
• Participate in technical design workshops and solution reviews.
• Perform code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Prepare technical documentation and knowledge transfer materials.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development experience.
• Strong experience with:

• Power Platform
• Power Automate
• JavaScript

• REST APIs
• Azure Integration Services
• Hands-on experience with:

• Experience integrating third-party applications and payment gateways.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Power Pages.
• Experience with payment solutions such as PayFort and Apple Pay.
• Experience with Azure Functions and Service Bus.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications.
