Job Overview:

Are you a .NET Developer that wants to WFH, with flexible hours and impactful projects with little politics to get in the way of writing code?

As a .NET Developer at Aviato, you will be responsible for building robust, scalable, and high-performance backend applications. You will work closely with our front-end, design, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality solutions for enterprise-level projects. We expect you to have a strong passion for backend development, with an emphasis on modern software architecture and clean code.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and maintain web applications and services using the .NET framework.
• Collaborate with front end developers to design and implement RESTful APIs and ensure seamless data integration.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and reliability.
• Design and manage database schemas, primarily using MySQL or other relational databases.
• Implement best practices for application security, performance, and code quality.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback.
• Ensure the reliability and availability of backend services.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications as needed.

Key Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in backend development with .NET and C#.
• Strong proficiency in building ASP.NET Core applications and RESTful APIs.
• Experience in building and optimizing complex backend systems, focusing on performance and scalability.
• Deep understanding of Object Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.
• Experience working with version control systems, such as Git.
• Proficiency in database design and development with SQL Server and Entity Framework.
• Strong understanding of software architecture patterns and principles.
• Familiarity with tools like Azure DevOps, Jira, and Confluence.
• Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail.

Good to Have:

• Experience with GCP
• Knowledge of front end technologies like Angular or React.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and working in an Agile environment.
• Previous experience working on enterprise-level projects.
