👥 About the Team

You’ll act in an advanced professional role, contributing to the development and support of innovative fintech solutions used by leading financial institutions across Europe. The role involves direct customer interaction for system analysis and support, with occasional on‑site travel.

💼 What You’ll Be Doing

• Participate in all phases of product development, implementation, and support
• Actively contribute to Agile ceremonies (planning, stand‑ups, retrospectives, story telling)
• Develop new features and enhance existing functionality with a strong focus on quality
• Support clients on medium to large‑scale projects
• Coach and mentor junior colleagues

🛠️ Technology Context

• UNIX / Red Hat Linux
• ANSI C/C++ (UNIX), Bash, Perl, PL/SQL
• Git, Maven/Gradle, Helm, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins (or similar tools)
• Cloud deployments on AWS and Azure (development and client environments)
