What We're Looking For
- 3+ Years of C++ programming experience (preferably in the game industry),
- crash-dump triage experience (WinDbg, minidump analysis),
- CPU profiling experience,
- experience shipping patches on external codebases,
- comfort with reverse-engineering-adjacent work: reading disassembly, working without documentation,
- experience working with proprietary engines,
- strong communication skills (English),
- ability to work in a team.
- degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering,
- experience in one or more of the following: Graphics, Multiplayer, UI/UX, Gameplay,
- experience with optimization (CPU/memory usage).
- work with very strong IPs,
- possibility for fully remote work,
- help and support with handling work and residence permit procedures, if needed,
- Dragons Academy knowledge and skills exchange events,
- Dragothon an internal sports challenge with prizes,
- chillout spaces and massage chair in the Warsaw office.
