As an Embedded & Control Systems Engineer, you develop and implement control algorithms for embedded and real-time systems. You combine software engineering with control theory to create stable, reliable, and high-performance solutions for complex technical systems. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you contribute to the development of intelligent and safety-critical applications.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement embedded control algorithms
- Design real-time software for control and automation systems
- Model, simulate, and validate system behavior
- Integrate control logic on embedded platforms and ECUs
- Support system testing, debugging, and performance optimization
- Collaborate with software, hardware, and system engineers
Experience
- Experience in embedded software or control systems development
- Experience with real-time and hardware-near systems
- Experience with system modeling and simulation is a plus
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong skills in C/C++ and embedded systems
- Good understanding of control theory and system dynamics
- Experience with MATLAB/Simulink
- Familiarity with RTOS and real-time architectures
- Understanding of hardware interfaces and system integration
- Structured and analytical mindset
- Fluent Japanese; English is a plus
