Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Engineer role based in Palm Beach, FL. The Engineer will design, develop, and maintain technical solutions that support WilderX, Inc.’s products and internal operations. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing requirements, implementing and testing features, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing performance. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, documenting technical work, and contributing to process improvements and best practices. The Engineer will also participate in code reviews, assist in deployment activities, and help ensure system reliability, security, and scalability.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated engineering experience in designing, building, and maintaining technical systems or products.
- Ability to analyze requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and implement solutions effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills, including debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
- Comfort working with cross-functional teams and communicating technical concepts clearly to various stakeholders.
- Experience with standard engineering tools and methodologies, such as version control, testing frameworks, and documentation practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Attention to detail, commitment to quality, and willingness to learn new technologies and approaches.
- Experience in a fast-paced or startup environment and familiarity with agile or iterative development practices is beneficial.
