Collaboration with team members and clients to refine application features and resolve issues is a key part of daily activities, ensuring that software components operate seamlessly across different environments and meet project goals effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and clarify requirements for software development.
• Document technical specifications and maintain clear records of development progress.
• Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
• Continuously evaluate existing software components to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Physical Site Security.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Experience in software development lifecycle including coding, testing, and deployment.
• Ability to work with multiple clients and adapt to varying project requirements.
• Good communication skills to effectively collaborate within a team and with stakeholders.
• Familiarity with security protocols and standards related to physical site environments.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Physical Site Security.
• This position is based at our Pune office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
