• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into effective software solutions.
• Continuously evaluate and improve existing software components to enhance performance and maintainability.
• Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance to support their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Manufacturing Engineering MES.
• Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• Experience with modern programming languages and frameworks relevant to manufacturing engineering systems.
• Ability to analyze complex system requirements and develop scalable software solutions.
• Familiarity with integration of manufacturing execution systems with other enterprise applications.
• Problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and optimize software components effectively.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering MES.
• This position is based at our M2B - STPI office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
