• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and resolve complex technical challenges within projects.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Critical Incident Management.
• Strong problem-solving abilities to address and mitigate critical incidents effectively.
• Experience in coordinating incident response and recovery processes.
