Reliability Engineer
A Reliability Engineer is responsible for ensuring that equipment, systems, and processes perform consistently and dependably over their intended lifecycle. This role focuses on improving asset reliability, reducing downtime, and implementing long-term engineering solutions that enhance performance, safety, and cost efficiency.
Background Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field).
- 3–7 years of experience in reliability, maintenance engineering, or similar role.
- Certifications preferred: Certified Reliability Engineer (CRE – ASQ) & Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP)
- Strong knowledge of reliability engineering principles (RCM, FMEA, RCA, TPM, RMB).
- Advanced maintenance work process knowledge and experience
- Advanced knowledge of parts inventory management, and mechanical/electrical equipment design reliability principles
