Application Developer

We are seeking an experienced CCM Developer with expertise in Quadient Inspire to join our team for an onsite opportunity in Mississauga, Ontario.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze complex business requirements and prepare technical specifications for document and template development.
• Design, develop, and maintain customer communication templates using Quadient Inspire.
• Create and enhance print, email, and digital customer correspondence solutions.
• Perform unit testing and support integration testing and quality assurance activities.
• Review code developed by team members and ensure adherence to development standards and best practices.
• Debug and resolve issues related to document generation, print streams, email communications, dynamic content, and responsive design.
• Utilize Quadient Debug and Trace features to troubleshoot and optimize solutions.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver high-quality CCM solutions.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to architecture and development standards.

Required Qualifications:

• 8–10+ years of experience in Quadient Inspire development.
• Hands-on experience with Quadient Inspire version 11 or higher.
• Strong expertise in document composition and customer communications management (CCM).
• Experience with data mapping and working with XML, JSON, CSV, and other data formats.
• Strong understanding of the document development lifecycle.
• Experience performing unit testing, integration testing, and code reviews.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Banking or Financial Services industry experience.
• Experience with Quadient Admin functions.
• Knowledge of OpenText Exstream or other CCM/document composition platforms.
• Experience with application deployment and performance tuning.
