CNC Programmer

The HT Group is hiring for a CNC Programmer in Midland-Odessa, TX with extensive expertise in G-code programming, CNC machining, and precision manufacturing within the oilfield industry. 

Key Requirements:

• Experience with API 6A and API 16A product manufacturing, repair, and refurbishment operations while driving efficiency, quality, and machine utilization.
• Possesses several years of hands-on machining experience, specializing in programming, setup optimization, tooling selection, and process improvement across a variety of CNC lathes, mills, and multi-axis machining centers.
• Known for strong problem-solving abilities and a practical approach to overcoming manufacturing challenges while maintaining production schedules and quality requirements.
• Dedicated to keeping machines running at peak performance by working closely with operators, setup personnel, and production teams to develop efficient machining processes, reduce cycle times, and minimize downtime.
• Skilled at troubleshooting complex machining issues, improving workflows, and implementing manufacturing solutions that increase productivity and profitability.
• Experienced in both new product manufacturing and repair work, with a deep understanding of the unique requirements associated with oilfield equipment, pressure-containing components, and critical service applications.
• Recognized as a collaborative team member who builds strong relationships on the shop floor through effective communication, technical leadership, and a hands-on approach to continuous improvement.
