Senior Mobile Developer (Flutter)

We are lookingfor a Senior Mobile Engineer to build modern, scalable, and user-centriccross-platform mobile applications for iOS and Android.

This role ishands-on and technically deep, with ownership of significant parts of themobile application from design through to release. The ideal candidate ispassionate about clean architecture, design systems, and delivering seamlessmobile experiences in complex, data-driven environments — and takes pride inraising the standard of the codebase and the engineers around them.

YOUWILL

»Design, develop, and deliver features for cross-platform mobileapplications, owning them end to end.

»Contribute to mobile architecture, state management patterns andcoding standards, and apply them consistently.

»Build and evolve a shared component library and consistentdesign language across both platforms.

»Implement runtime theming and configuration, so branding andenabled features are configured rather than hard-coded.

»Ensure features are accessible and behave correctly across arange of devices and screen sizes.

»Write platform-specific native code where the framework's pluginecosystem falls short.

»Apply mobile security best practices — secure storage, biometricauthentication, and safe token handling.

»Integrate with backend REST APIs and OAuth2 / OpenID Connectauthentication flows, handling offline and error states properly.

»Optimize application performance, startup time, rendering, andnetwork efficiency.

»Write and maintain automated tests (unit, widget/component, andintegration).

»Review your colleagues' code, mentor less experienced engineers,and raise the quality bar of the team.

»Write clear technical documentation and design notes onConfluence.

»Participate in daily, weekly and monthly team ceremonies andplanning.

Requirements

»TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THE ROLE YOU NEED

»Bachelor's degree in ComputerScience, Engineering, or a related field.

»5+ years of hands-on mobiledevelopment experience.

»Strong proficiency in Flutter andDart, or in React Native and TypeScript, with a willingness to work in either.

»Proven experience shippingproduction cross-platform applications to the App Store and Google Play.

»Working knowledge of the underlyingnative platforms — enough to write platform channels or native modules, debugplatform-specific issues, and work with Xcode and Gradle build configuration.

»Strong understanding of mobilearchitecture patterns and state management (Bloc, Riverpod, Provider, Redux, orequivalents).

»Solid grasp of mobile securityfundamentals and secure handling of sensitive data on device.

»Experience with RESTful APIintegration, offline handling, and background synchronization.

»Experience with automated mobiletesting.

»Comfortable with Git, code reviewworkflows and Agile delivery.

»Good verbal and written English communication skills.
