• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for custom software development.
• Assist in documenting software design and development processes to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
• Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices to foster professional growth.
• Continuously monitor and improve software performance and reliability through proactive troubleshooting and optimization.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in HPE NonStop.
• Strong knowledge of system architecture and software development life cycle specific to high-availability environments.
• Experience in coding, debugging, and testing software components to ensure quality and functionality.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies and modern software engineering practices.
• Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective, scalable solutions within custom software projects.
• Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

Additional Information:

• This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
