We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused Senior Segment Solutions Sales Representative II to join our Sales organization.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with strategic end users, identifying business opportunities, and delivering value-based solutions that improve customers' operational efficiency, productivity, and sustainability performance. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will understand customer challenges, recommend innovative solutions from Schneider Electric's portfolio, and lead complex sales opportunities from opportunity identification through successful execution.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Offer Management, Engineering, Services, and Sales to develop integrated customer solutions and drive sustainable business growth. This position requires strong commercial acumen, consultative selling skills, and the ability to engage with both operational stakeholders and executive decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with end users and strategic customer accounts.
  • Identify customer business needs and translate them into value-driven commercial opportunities.
  • Lead consultative sales discussions focused on improving operational efficiency, productivity, energy management, and sustainability.
  • Promote Schneider Electric's portfolio of electrification, automation, digital, software, and service solutions.
  • Develop account strategies and business development plans aligned with customer priorities and business objectives.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle, including opportunity qualification, solution positioning, proposal development, commercial negotiations, and contract closure.
  • Conduct post-deployment reviews to evaluate business outcomes, measure customer value, and identify follow-on opportunities.
  • Analyze market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, forecasting, and opportunity management through CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver integrated customer solutions and ensure successful project execution.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to less experienced sales professionals when appropriate.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 6 years of professional experience in B2B solution sales, consultative selling, key account management, or business development within industrial automation, electrification, energy management, digital solutions, or related industries.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the MMM (Mining, Minerals & Metals) industry.
  • Proven experience managing strategic customer accounts and delivering sustainable business growth.
  • Strong understanding of industrial customer processes, digital transformation, energy efficiency, and sustainability solutions.
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex sales opportunities and multi-stakeholder decision-making processes.
  • Strong commercial mindset with excellent negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to build trusted relationships with C-level executives as well as operational decision-makers.
  • Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
