What will you do?

  • Support procurement department from Electronics cluster
  • Data management: organize and maintain procurement records, project documentation, key performance indicators, supplier documents and systems
  • Data analysis: analysis of spend, kpis charts, trends in data, dashboards, supplier & quality scorecards.
  • Project management: support in procurement projects such change of suppliers, QVE: Follow up in action plans triggered by projects pipeline.

Who will you report to?
  • This position will report to Procurement Project Manager, and dotted line to plant procurement manager from an USA site.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
  • Experience in excel (tables, pivots), dashboards, tableaus, power point, is preferred, knowledge in an ERP system is a plus.
  • Intermediate - Advanced level in English communication (written and spoken)
  • Bachelors in industrial engineering, Business Administration, or other related engineering or administration careers.
  • Graduating on December 2026 or later
