Livestream provides users with a unique consumption experience and further generalizes content. It is also a new way of employment to provide more direct fan interaction and deepen relationships to authors; It provides robust and objective revenue to the platform and promotes content exclusivity. Responsibilities
1. Support the Creator or Agency Management team in developing and executing live streaming strategies through performance tracking, insight generation, and operational reporting.
2. Assist in creator or agency management by providing guidance and support to help creators optimize their content, grow audiences, and enhance monetization.
3. Participate in event planning and reward operations, ensuring smooth execution and efficiency improvement through creative ideas and data-backed evaluation.
4. Collaborate with agencies and cross-functional teams to enhance creator operations, community engagement, and overall content diversity.
5. Conduct research on creator trends, market insights, and best practices to identify new opportunities for growth and platform innovation.
6. Support VIP and top creator operations through on-call coordination, issue resolution, and proactive communication to strengthen creator

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
1. Individuals who are completing or have recently completed a Bachelor's/ Master's degree inin Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
2. Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
3. Proficient in Thai with English as a viable working language.

Preferred Qualifications
1. Strong interest in the live streaming and creator economy industries, with a solid understanding of current trends.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
