TikTok Shop is TikTok's e-commerce platform, integrated within the app to help users discover and buy products through shoppable content, livestreams, and creator-led recommendations. With teams across the US, the UK, France, Indonesia, Mexico, China, and other markets, TikTok Shop is building new ways for merchants, creators, and users to connect through content-driven commerce. In this role, you will work in a global business environment, partner with cross-regional teams, and help shape new shopping experiences for users and sellers around the world.

Key Responsibilities:
- Partner closely with hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand hiring needs, provide market insights, and advise on talent solutions aligned with business priorities.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job briefing and candidate sourcing to interview coordination, and offer negotiation.
- Optimise recruitment channels and internal resources to improve hiring efficiency, build quality candidate pipelines, and drive hiring outcomes.
- Track and review recruitment outcomes on a regular basis, identify gaps or challenges in the hiring process, and proactively suggest improvements.
- Contribute to recruiting projects and initiatives, including talent mapping, market research, and recruitment process optimisation.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Individuals who are currently completing or have recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Psychology, or a related discipline.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with external or internal stakeholders while ensuring compliance throughout the recruitment process.
- Strong ownership, strong execution, and a results-oriented mindset, with the ability to take initiative and deliver outcomes.
- Resilient and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Basic understanding of recruitment fundamentals, including common recruitment channels and sourcing approaches.
- Prior internship experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field will be a plus.
Job Information
[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $72200 - $143640 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
