• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
• Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster professional growth.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment of software development with business goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language).
• Strong experience in software design principles and application architecture.
• Ability to develop scalable and maintainable code following best practices.
• Familiarity with debugging, testing, and performance optimization techniques.
• Experience working with version control systems and collaborative development environments.
• Capability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
