• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Critical Incident Management.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with experience in managing and resolving critical incidents effectively.
• Ability to analyze complex system issues and implement corrective actions promptly.
• Experience in coordinating incident response activities across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills to facilitate clear and concise information exchange during incident management.
