Are you a Firmware, Embedded Controls, or Controls System Engineer with strong C/C++ firmware experience, looking to become the technical expert behind advanced industrial power conversion systems used across critical industrial applications worldwide?

In this high impact, technical role, you'll develop embedded C/C++ firmware for SCR and IGBT-based power conversion systems, implementing real-time control algorithms, diagnostics and protection features. Working directly with microcontrollers, DSPs and production hardware, you'll carry out hands-on testing, debugging and validation using laboratory equipment while collaborating closely with hardware engineers throughout the full product development lifecycle.

This role would suit an Embedded Controls Engineer with experience developing C/C++ firmware for real-time embedded systems, looking to become a recognised technical specialist within industrial power electronics, and progress into a Senior Embedded Controls Engineer.

The Role:

• Develop embedded C/C++ firmware for industrial power electronics.
• Implement real-time control algorithms, diagnostics and protection features.
• Test, validate and debug embedded systems.

The Candidate:

• Embedded C/C++ firmware development experience.
• RTOS, microcontroller or DSP experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Computer or Electronics Engineering.
